Warranty FAQs
Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes. We deliver across Uganda. Kampala and surrounding areas are usually same-day or next-day; major towns take 1 - 2 working days and other districts 2 - 4 working days.
Is delivery really free?
Delivery and standard installation are free on orders above USh 150,000. For very remote locations a small logistics fee may apply and we will always confirm before dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (cash or Mobile Money — MTN MoMo / Airtel Money — on arrival) and card payments on delivery. You inspect the product before you pay.
Can I return a product?
Yes — most products can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and condition. Hygiene products and custom orders are excluded.
Is the warranty valid in Uganda?
Yes. All products carry a manufacturer warranty that is honoured locally. Register your product on our warranty page to make any future claim faster.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Use the Track my Delivery page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout to see the live status.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Products above USh 600,000 can be financed through our partners with flexible monthly instalments. Visit a branch or contact us for a quote.
Do you install the appliances?
Standard installation is included on large appliances such as cookers, washing machines and built-in units. Our team will also demonstrate how to use the product.
