Terms and Conditions

1. General

By accessing or using the Mado Store website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (USh) and include 18% VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without notice.

3. Orders

An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us. We may cancel an order where the product is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our network, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery, Mobile Money (MTN MoMo / Airtel Money) and card payments on delivery. The full amount is due on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, incorrect installation or misuse.
